Required Qualification for Veterinarians / Veterinary Doctor

To become a doctor you need to pass 12th with 50% marks. Also, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology are also mandatory as subjects in the twelfth. Let us tell you that the minimum age of the candidate is 17 years at the time of admission during graduation to become a vet. There is an entrance examination for graduation in Veterinary Science.

The examination of Veterinarians is conducted by the Veterinary Council of India. To become a veterinarian, one has to do a 5-year degree course Bachelor of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry. After doing the degree course you can also do post-graduation. To do a post-graduation course, you need to be a graduate with 50% marks.
